These AI Catalyst Supplemental Terms (“AI Catalyst Terms”) apply to Customer’s use of Anaconda AI Catalyst (“AI Catalyst”) and form part of your enterprise license agreement with Anaconda. (“Agreement”). Capitalized terms used in this Support Policy and not otherwise defined herein, or in Customer’s applicable agreement, are defined in Section 1 (Definitions). Anaconda may terminate the Support Services if you fail to comply with any term of this Support Policy.

1. Model Source Licenses

Models made available through AI Catalyst are subject to their own third-party or open source licenses (“Model Source Licenses”). Customer is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable Model Source Licenses. Anaconda claims no ownership of the Models themselves.

2. Compliance

Customer may not use AI Catalyst in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or export control requirement.

3. Disclaimers and Liability

Anaconda provides AI Catalyst and the models through AI Catalyst “as is” and makes no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any warranties for merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or results from use of services. Anaconda disclaims all such warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Anaconda is not responsible for any harm, damage, or claims arising from model outputs. Customer is responsible for evaluating the suitability of models for its intended use and configuring and enabling governance features in accordance with its own compliance obligations and any applicable laws.

4. Data and Model Training

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Anaconda will not use data submitted by Customer to AI Catalyst to train or improve third-party models. 

5. Availability and Sunset

Anaconda may update, deprecate, or remove models or features from AI Catalyst at any time. Anaconda will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where practicable.
