What’s New?
- To improve the help that our Troubleshooting topics can give you, we’ve standardized language across all Troubleshooting pages’ introductions and included links to support resources.
- We’ve added clarifying language and Anaconda recommendations for Policies to Anaconda Platform (Self-hosted).
- We’ve added troubleshooting entries for environment backups not working in Navigator and uninstall.sh files not being found for macOS/Linux users.
- The model servers pages in Anaconda Desktop and Anaconda Platform (Self-hosted) now contain OpenAI API information.
- Our Anaconda Platform (Cloud) screenshots have been updated to reflect a new user interface look and feel.
- The Crafting effective system prompts page has been updated with additional guidance.
- We’ve added two new policy documents on Platform support and CPU baseline requirements.
- Minor CSS fixes have been applied, along with general site maintenance.

- The Anaconda Tools Overview page now provides a more comprehensive introduction to our suite of tools, along with roadmaps for common workflows to help you make the most of our products.
- We’ve added a new API keys page for Anaconda Platform (Cloud) that provides step-by-step guidance on creating API keys, managing permissions, and using them to authenticate API requests for secure integration with your workflows.
- With Anaconda Platform’s upgrade to context-based search, we’ve updated our Unified Search page with new guidance on available filters and how to use them to find the most relevant results across our platform.
- Frequently asked questions for Anaconda Notebooks, Toolbox environments, and the Anaconda Assistant have been consolidated into a single FAQs page for streamlined reference.
- Pricing plan names have been updated to align with anaconda.com/pricing.
- Minor CSS fixes have been applied, along with general site maintenance.

- Getting Started with Anaconda has been revamped to provide step-by-step onboarding guidance for users of all levels, and is followed by two new sections:
- The Concepts section provides in-depth explanations of key concepts you’ll encounter on your data science or AI development journey.
- The Guides section offers practical guidance to help you navigate various tasks and features, such as:
- A new topic on opening JupyterLab with Anaconda Navigator.
- Guidance on using Anaconda with popular IDEs.
- See a running history of actions taken within your organization using our guidance on the new audit logs available for Anaconda Platform (Cloud).
- Learn to create your first conda environment and build a fun Python program in our Intro to conda workflows tutorial.
- Track Anaconda’s support cycle for our
mainchannel in Anaconda’s package support policies. - We’ve added new troubleshooting entries addressing common issues with

What’s New?
- All new documentation for the following:
- Anaconda Platform (Self-hosted), now available through a limited early access program.
- Anaconda Desktop, now available through a limited early access program.
- Package Security Manager (Cloud) is now Anaconda Platform (Cloud), and has been updated to reflect product improvements and new features.
- Anaconda.org documentation has been updated to reflect sweeping UI updates. The Overview page now directs you through our restructured table of contents based on different user types (general user, admin, package maintainer) and tasks.
- Like the new look? We’ve revamped our CSS and styling across the documentation site to improve readability and cohesion between our docs and product UIs.
