What’s New?
- Getting Started with Anaconda has been revamped to provide step-by-step onboarding guidance for users of all levels, and is followed by two new sections:
- The Concepts section provides in-depth explanations of key concepts you’ll encounter on your data science or AI development journey.
- The Guides section offers practical guidance to help you navigate various tasks and features, such as:
- A new topic on opening JupyterLab with Anaconda Navigator.
- Guidance on using Anaconda with popular IDEs.
- See a running history of actions taken within your organization using our guidance on the new audit logs available for Anaconda Platform (Cloud).
- Learn to create your first conda environment and build a fun Python program in our Intro to conda workflows tutorial.
- Track Anaconda’s support cycle for our
mainchannel in Anaconda’s package support policies. - We’ve added new troubleshooting entries addressing common issues with
conda initandconda activateto our troubleshooting topic.
- Coloring issues have been fixed for improved accessibility.

What’s New?
- All new documentation for the following:
- Anaconda Platform (Self-hosted), now available through a limited early access program.
- Anaconda Desktop, now available through a limited early access program.
- Package Security Manager (Cloud) is now Anaconda Platform (Cloud), and has been updated to reflect product improvements and new features.
- Anaconda.org documentation has been updated to reflect sweeping UI updates. The Overview page now directs you through our restructured table of contents based on different user types (general user, admin, package maintainer) and tasks.
- Like the new look? We’ve revamped our CSS and styling across the documentation site to improve readability and cohesion between our docs and product UIs.
