Justin Farris, Chief of staff  at Anaconda, is leading the Office of the CEO, leading strategy in key focus areas.

Prior to joining Anaconda, Justin was the Head of Product at Read AI, where he built out their Product division. Before that, he spent over five years at GitLab as VP of Product overseeing Monetization, Growth, and Data, and prior to that held Director of Product roles at Zillow and earlier-stage companies. He serves as a Reforge advisor on AI courses.

He will be leading The Office of the CEO which includes a new small, focused Strategy team, Data & Analytics team, new Monetization team, and incubation team. This will enable the company to build the throughline starting with strategy, through monetization and incubation, and ending with data.
