We have an important notice to share on a security incident involving Canny.io, a third-party vendor we’ve used for soliciting user feedback about our products.
Canny.io recently experienced a security incident. When we learned of it, as a user of Canny.io, we began working to understand which of our systems and customers might be affected. Out of an abundance of caution, we reviewed all Anaconda systems connected to this third-party provider and rotated all associated credentials and integrations. We’ve confirmed that all Anaconda products and services are fully operational and secure, and we have discontinued our use of Canny.io.
Our findings to date suggest that no sensitive personal data (e.g., bank accounts, date of birth, social security numbers, health account info) or sensitive customer business data is at risk. We prioritized sharing this early assessment with you now, and hope to have more complete conclusions at a later date.
