If you are experiencing problems with your Anaconda Platform deployment and need help resolving them, create and submit a support bundle to Anaconda. This provides our teams with useful information to help you troubleshoot your deployment. Sending a support bundle to Anaconda does not provide us with external access to your system.

Generating and submitting a support bundle

Before you generate and submit your support bundle, submit a support ticket that describes your issue.
  1. Access the admin console.
  2. Select the Troubleshoot tab.
  3. Select Generate a support bundle.
  4. Select Analyze.
  5. Select the icon to deliver the support bundle to Anaconda.

Redactors

Redactors remove sensitive information such as IP addresses, secrets, and database connection strings from your support bundles by default. If you want to specify additional information to redact from your support bundle, you can create a custom redactor.
  1. Access the admin console.
  2. Select the Troubleshoot tab.
  3. Select Redactors.
  4. Select Create new redactor.
  5. Customize the redactor .yaml file.

  6. Select Save redactor. The next support bundle you generate will redact data as specified in your custom redactor, in addition to the default redactions.
