Anaconda Platform (Self-Hosted) is installed and managed using Replicated, a commercial software distribution platform.

System requirements

The following system specifications are recommended for a performant and reliable deployment.
CPU/Processor
Minimum 4 CPUs/Processor cores
Memory
Minimum 16GB RAM
For all other system requirements, such as operating systems, supported architectures, and storage, refer to the Replicated embedded cluster installation requirements.

GPU requirements

GPU workloads can significantly accelerate model inference and other compute-intensive operations in Anaconda Platform (Self-hosted). These requirements extend the system requirements for deployments that want to utilize GPUs for their workloads:

Minimum 16 GB dedicated GPU memory

SSL requirements

SSL/TLS certificates are required for all installations of Anaconda Platform (Self-Hosted). During installation, you can either provide trusted organizational certificates or allow the installer to generate temporary self-signed certificates for setup.
Self-signed certificates are intended for short-term use and must be replaced with trusted certificates before production use.

DNS requirements

A valid DNS entry must be available before installation. This domain name is used by end users to access the platform and by Replicated to generate certificates during setup.

Port requirements

Port usage and network exposure are governed by Replicated. For detailed information on which ports must be open for installation and service communication, refer to the Replicated port requirements.
