Frequently asked questions

All of your organization members have access to the JupyterHub server.
When a new member is added to the organization, they are automatically added to the JupyterHub server.
When a member is removed from the organization, they are no longer able to access the JupyterHub server, but their data is preserved. They can be re-added to the organization and JupyterHub server.

Integrations

Yes, with additional tier 2 paid support. Please open a support ticket to discuss your needs.
You can restart your notebook kernel by clicking the Restart button in the top right corner of the notebook.
You can update your notebook environment by clicking the Update button in the top right corner of the notebook.

GPU Support

We do not offer GPU support for JupyterHub at this time.
