Purchasing a subscription

Individual subscriptions are limited to Starter tier. For Business and Enterprise tier access, create an organization and purchase a subscription for the organization.
  1. Sign in to Anaconda.com.
  2. Navigate to your Subscriptions page.
  3. Click Upgrade.

  4. Verify your purchase details are correct and click Continue.
  5. Enter your billing information and click Continue.
  6. Verify that your billing information and order summary are correct, then click Continue to payment.
  7. Enter your payment information and click Subscribe.
    You will receive an email invoice for your subscription purchase.

Managing a subscription

  1. Navigate to your Subscriptions page.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. Choose a billing cycle.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Verify or update your address information and click Update Address.
  6. Review your changes. If necessary, click Manage payment method to access the Stripe billing portal and update your payment method.
  7. Click Confirm to update your subscription.
    Your account will be billed upon confirmation.

Managing billing information

  1. Navigate to your Subscriptions page.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. Click Manage Billing to access the Stripe billing portal.

The Stripe billing portal allows you to:
  • View your billing details and invoice history
  • Add or remove payment methods
  • Set a default payment method
  • Update your billing information

Canceling a subscription

  1. Navigate to your Subscriptions page.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.

  4. Click Cancel Subscription again.
