outerbounds flowproject list-templates - Anaconda

The list-templates subcommand lists the Argo workflow templates deployed for a project branch. Templates are discovered by querying Argo directly and matching on metaflow/project_name and metaflow/branch_name annotations, so the output reflects the actual cluster state.
