Maggie is a customer success, global operations, and strategic transformation leader with over 20 years’ experience driving measurable success for companies of all sizes— from small startups to Fortune 500. At Anaconda, Maggie focuses on making our customers wildly successful and providing them with the best possible experience.
Maggie has served in a variety of customer success/loyalty leadership positions across worldwide organizations within the high tech industry, including Salesforce, Dell, and Accruent. At Accruent, Maggie was responsible for building the global customer success program, and had a meaningful impact on Fortive’s recent agreement to acquire the company. She also has served in various business operations and strategic leadership roles within the pharmaceutical research and life sciences industries.
Maggie holds a Bachelor’s in Clinical Laboratory Science.
