Jessica is the Chief Operating Officer at Anaconda, where she helps shape the company’s strategy and drives operational success. She leads all operational functions of the business and is integral to strategic GTM partnerships. 

Jessica has over 15 years of operations experience. Prior to joining Anaconda, Jessica led the HR and Operations functions for ClearDATA, a health-tech company, where she built the HR and Operations framework from the ground up. Before ClearDATA, Jessica was the HR Director for JMJ Associates, a global company in the oil and gas industry specializing in professional services. She led a team responsible for leading ops functions in EMEA, APAC, Europe, and the Americas. In her earlier career, she worked for both small and Fortune 50 companies in various HR and Operational roles. 

Jessica graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Strategic Communication. She also attended The University of Texas and holds her Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR).
