# Member management

Members are the users who have access to your organization. Users can be members of multiple organizations.

## Invitations

### Inviting members to your organization

Inviting someone to join your organization provides them with a link to join the organization via email. Once they join, [assign them a seat](/anaconda-platform/cloud/admin/members#assigning-organization-seats) to enable them to [issue themselves an organization access token](/anaconda-platform/cloud/user/tokens).

1. [Navigate to your Organizations page](https://anaconda.com/app/profile/organizations).

2. Select your organization.

3. Under User Management, select <Icon icon="envelope" iconType="regular" /> **Invitations**.

4. Click **Invite Users**, enter your team member's email address, and then press tab. Repeat this process to continue adding members.

   <Note>
     Alternatively, you can click **Bulk Upload** and upload a `.csv` file containing your team members' email addresses (for larger organizations).

## Managing members for large organizations

Manually adding members to your organization via the UI can be tedious when your user base numbers in the hundreds or more. Expedite the process using the Anaconda.com public API to add users to your organization, assign them a seat, and issue them a token.
