Anaconda customers can help ensure smooth email delivery by having their IT team whitelist our email for delivery. The method for doing this will vary depending on your email provider, and if you use any add-on email security or filtering services. Below is a list of our email domains, and IP address ranges that you can expect emails from us to originate from.  Underneath that are some links to how to configure whitelisting in some service providers. Please provide this information to your IT team.
